This is a typical schedule Mon thru Friday when my mom is here:
3am: Bottles and Feeding, diapers changed, Nana gets up to help, Harps gets hemangioma med.
6am: Coffee is brewing, making lunch for Pete, preparing things to make the day run more smoothly. Kids come out of cribs and into baby beds in the living room.....
7am: Bottles and Feeding, diapers changed, reflux meds for both babies and baby vitamins.
7am-9am: Back to bed for me, Nana stays up
9-11am: Deal with insurance company, make calls regarding the twins care and doc appointments

11am: Bottles, Diapers, and smoothies for me and Nana
12pm: Tummy time, physical therapy exercises, bouncy seats
1pm: Sometimes leave for doc appt or perhaps a quick run to grocery store or run an errand

2pm: Bottles, Diapers, turkey sandwiches, Harps gets her med again
3pm: Swim, showers and adult nap time
4:30pm: Take a deep breath, walk to get the mail, re-group

6pm: Bottles, Diapers, and exercises, reflux meds for both babes
7pm: Pete home and making dinner, holding babies and reading time, sometimes reflux is bad now
8pm: Nana goes to bed, may or may not watch Dr. Oz in her room
10pm: Last bottles and diapers before crib time, harps gets med #3
11pm: Pete and I in bed, kids in cribs
3am: Starting all over
There are 11 medication times each day, and 2 vitamins, 7 for Harps, and 4 for Robbie.

The daily routine is setting in and it has not been overly overwhelming.
Having my mom here helps and Linda comes over on Fridays to help out and loves to hold the babies and do some baby massage.

Weekends are fun with Pete here and we basically hibernate and don't leave the house for 2 1/2 days, hold babies and give bottles and watch indie films all day.
That sounds rough. Hang in there sweetie and remember to take moments for yourself......
